When do I need to book?

The earlier you book the better it is for you as we can offer a wider range of inflatables, however we often take bookings on the actual day of the hire!

How do I book or check availability?

You can book your castle by calling us on 07872 824 671.  Or you can fill in our no obligation booking form with contact details for us to call you back.

What are the cost?

Prices vary with the different sizes and designs of inflatables.  We ask for a non refundable £10 deposit to confirm your booking, balance payable on the day of hire.  We also ask for a £50 returnable security deposit on the day (can be as a cheque) in case the inflatable is damaged etc.

Why do I have to pay a deposit?

We require a £10 deposit to confirm your booking, this gives you peace of mind that we will turn up on the day (other companies that do not take deposits have been known to just not turn up) and also means that we have an accurate availability at all times.

How can I pay?

Most people choose to pay cash on delivery, we also accept cheque payments, if paying by cheque we will require time for funds to clear before the booking date so please post us your cheque at least 14 days prior to your event.

Do you work all year round in and in all weather conditions?

Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round including Bank Holidays.  Castles can be as much fun indoors (space and height permitting) so we are an ‘all season’ company.  Our castles all come with a rain/shower cover as standard, some companies charge extra for this!

How long do you need to set up and pack away the inflatable?

The bouncy castles take approx 10 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up.

Where can you put the inflatables?

We do not place our castles on hard standings, we require a grass area which must be reasonably flat and free from stones, furniture, plants etc.

What time can you deliver?

We will delivery your inflatable between 8am – 10am on the day of your event and collect between 4pm – 6pm.  These times are however flexible, but depend on light conditions too.

Can you get to my garden?

We require approx a 3ft access to deliver and collect the inflatables, this must be clear and free from steps – if your venue has steps to the access please contact us so that we may do a site visit before the event to check access.  You must read through the terms before booking your castle.

Do I need insurance?

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE is YOUR responsibility, once you have taken delivery/hired the unit/s you become the event organiser and are therefore responsible in its entirety for any claim or injury to any person and any liability for injury loss or damage caused to any person using the equipment.  Most household insurance companies will offer a days cover at a minimal charge – you should check with your home insurer as it is strongly recommended that the hirer have adequate public liability insurance covering his or her liability arising from the use of the inflatable.
